The malacho is a fish which as my mama and my uncles say years ago about 20 years ago they tell me that the fishermen gave it and they put it because nobody wanted it, those people did not know what it was years they were wasting this squirrels , But well less badly someone discovered the great amount of things that can be done with the knowing how to prepare it and now we can enjoy those weird ones using the pulp of said fish with which you can prepare Chorizos, meatballs, polenta, meat for hamburger, Rolls and croquettes are some of the dishes that can be prepared.
The malacho, also known as macab铆 fish, is a "navigation", as they popularly call on the island of Margarita those who come from the mainland and stay to live in Nueva Esparta. They refer to some texts that come from the seas of Argentina.
