It's my right to feel bad...and what?... Mental health is everything and I won't get tired of saying it.
What a nuisance it is to have to tolerate, endure, put up with the always motivated, eternal and smiling, the ones who can do everything. No shit, okay! It's my right to feel bad.
No one can come and tell me that I have to have a better mood, that no one can erase my smile or that I have to be resilient. I don't feel like it, kid.
Now, what should I keep in mind?
That this state of discomfort cannot, and should not, last forever.
I have the right to feel bad, but I can't stay there. I have the right to cry, get hysterical about the world and more, but it's my duty to get out of there and find the best way to take it. Without a doubt, we have to get out of that emotional state, but don't let anyone think to tell me that I SHOULD feel good, when in fact I feel super bad.
So I do everything possible to get out of that state, but no one should put pressure on me. I don't let myself be motivated to swear, that is, pressured. I just do it on my own time. To get out of the anguish or sadness, but taking into account that I am sorry and not denying it. Getting out of there, it's fine, but I'm not forced when others put pressure on me.
At the same time, the pace is better.
I have learned to move between complex situations and murky waters. I have been bait, target shooting, rumor and still, ... I keep swimming, although fear can paralyze, it also trains you.
There are those who are supportive, who are kind and understand silences, but there are also others who express opinions without knowing, those who express opinions and judge without looking and those who confuse noise with the truth.
Swimming with sharks may sound like a metaphor, but it actually teaches to stay calm, even when the sea is rough. Maybe I'll fulfill that wish.soon to swim with sharks, but I am clear that deep down, I have time doing it. I have it tattooed on my mind, like a promise that even the sea owes me.
Life is a deep sea with placid currents, underground volcanoes, and blah, blah, blah, my husband always tells me that sometimes a shark is nobler than a human because its nature is to attack if it feels threatened... The human, sometimes, attacks without mercy, or reason. I would say Seneca... "Throw me to the wolves and I'll come back leading the pack.".. A phrase to read and reflect. 馃檶馃徎
