By obligation I always read about medicine, health, education, and well-being, and by hobby everything that comes across me and causes me curiosity, such as: documentaries, pink press, manual arts, sales, digital marketing, design, cognitive behavioral therapy, gardening, much more and so on.
This etcetera means , that a while ago, I spent hours talking to those friends I had about energy, soul, aura, everything esoteric and holistic, there was and to be. In fact, I have within one of my academic master's degrees solid studies on holistic strategies for learning.
I also like reading radical philosophies in aspects such as religion and education.
Nor do I want to stop talking about the form of the necessary will to face the many trials that life has in store for us.
It is a kind of moral and spiritual courage that implies a toughness of character, of structure in our personality and conviction that is based on trying to achieve a coherence between thinking and doing, between life and behavior.
It is a principle of personal pride that is basically an awareness of one's own dignity that implies respecting myself and others.
