It is a very broad topic, but respect for others is non-negotiable...

Criticism and judgments are just an extension of the unresolved wounds of the people who issue them.

We live in an age where many confuse giving an opinion with taking people ahead. Assuming that 鈥渟peaking their minds" gives them license to trample on the one in front of them, disguising as sincerity what is basically disrespect.

Now, where is the line between expressing an opinion and disrespecting someone? In the awareness that your opinion ends exactly where the humiliation of the other begins... and so, follows the art of continuing to judge, trampled, criticizing. This world is getting worse and worse with this type of behavior of the human being humiliating the one who, for X reason, does not seem to them... ... etc...

You can disagree with anything, with how a person lives, how he works or how he looks, and still treat him with dignity, because disagreeing does not border on mistreating, and your judgment is not worth more than the dignity of the other. Watch out for that.

In the end, the way you treat those who think, dress or live differently from you is your true letter of introduction to the world. "That's just the way I am, whoever loves me, let him accept me completely."Be careful with that phrase, which many people use because they simply decided to stop working on themselves.

Because it's one thing to ask your partner to accept your snoring or your disorder, and it's quite another to ask him to accept your screams, or your punishments. The first is coexistence, the second is abuse disguised as personality.

And how do I know what I accept from my partner and what I should never accept? Here I leave the compass for you... accept everything that makes you uncomfortable but never hurts you, and stop in your tracks everything that diminishes you, humiliates you or turns you off as a person. That line is non-negotiable.

And there is a third category for me that is also non-negotiable, in relation to what is being worked on. Because the one who truly loves you and has maturity, when you show him that something of his is hurting you, he takes responsibility and changes. It's that simple.

That's why you should never believe the story that people don't change... people who love, change, and those who don't want to, because they don't feel like it, make excuses...and it arises...

The trust is broken...

We are the way we are and instead of saying that it changes I have always said that it improves because in the end what the person is is always there inside, obviously it is one's own decision not to repeat what we know is wrong.

People do not change, But IF WE TRANSFORM ourselves for the better, according to our will and determination ...It is a decision
