This content that I am writing today, to share with you is a very deep conversation based on identity, pressure, expectations, and what really happens when our life starts to revolve around what others expect from you.

Idealizing because of the fear of losing is the problem, so the solution is to learn to sustain relationships from the truth. Accepting and understanding ourselves from self-esteem will lead us to step out of the way of love disagreements. You learn to live love more consciously.

Sometimes the problem is not the other one that just stopped selling us what we need to buy.

The problem is for those of us who create expectations for ourselves and, incidentally, we get stuck on something that was only the idealized version, a stage that almost always has its genesis during falling in love.

The fundamental thing is to understand that real love can be positive, committed, reciprocal, but not perfect. Showing us who we are is the best bet. To love consciously is to open our eyes, take off the blindfold, without masks, without passive abuse and many times we have to see it to get away, run away and retire forever.

There are a lot of fairy tales and soap operas about love and relationships, the best thing is to get rid of the wrong patterns and build the bonds from there. The bad tongues say that love is blind, so if it breaks we have to pick up the pieces to rebuild ourselves from self-esteem. We must learn to be consistent in all aspects of life, to get away from illusions instead of facing complicated realities...

Those who don't know what they want, end up begging. This is fucked up to live it, but it's absolutely real.

It is very dangerous to be with someone who is with you but does not know what he wants. Someone like that brings you down, takes you with him, especially if you have it clear.

I want to warn something. We can all feel lost sometimes and a link can help us find each other, but at least we have to be on the search.

The dangerous thing is someone who deliberately stays aimless. What do you guys think? I think that those who learn to look clearly stop chasing childish fantasies, and you start building healthy, real adult bonds that measure up to who you are today.

Now, that today you understand it and you can see it differently, it means that we were able to polish our sense, our criteria came out, our gaze became clearer and our self-esteem we no longer need to invent characters to walk around holding stories.

You know one thing... When we feel that someone shows us his seams, that is, what he is made of and that he is no longer the person we thought we knew, he runs away quickly, because he is not there.
