Hello everyone! Although I've been on Hive for a while now, I'd like to introduce myself to this new group of people. Since the campaign started I have interacted with users with whom I had never crossed a word and I think it's great. It is very likely that with many I only have this community in common, since Hive is very extensive and there is something for everyone.

Desde que comenzó la campaña he interactuado con usuarios con los que nunca había cruzado una palabra y me parece genial. Es muy probable que con muchos solo tenga esta comunidad en común dado que Hive es extensísimo y hay para todos los gustos un pedacito.
I have to admit that until very recently I was only interested enough in finance not to be a complete ignorant on the subject. That had to change. After some time thinking about it, I made the decision to leave my job as a senior quality management specialist in a company, and start my freelance life doing what I like, social media management, photography, editing...
The decision was closely linked to several issues, but without a doubt the economy was a decisive factor. When I started to calculate the jobs I could do if I didn't have a 9-hour workday for a salary that was not good compared to what I could earn, besides being able to work from the tranquility of my home, the decision became more rooted and gave me the courage to take the leap.
From that moment on I have had to deal with aspects of the freelancer's life such as the books of accounts for the tax authorities and all the paperwork that used to be done for me.
From there my life started to change, as shortly after that I started at Hive. Before that, cryptocurrencies were seen as something far away. I knew about them, because several friends were in the trading world, but it was not until Hive that I did not understand better all this immersed universe and I still learn a little more every day.
Tengo que reconocer que hasta hace muy poco las finanzas solo me interesaban lo justito como para no ser una completa ignorante en la materia. Eso ha tenido que cambiar. Después de un tiempo dándole mil vueltas, tomé la decisión de dejar mi trabajo como especialista principal de gestión de calidad en una empresa, y comenzar mi vida de freelancer.
La decisión vino muy ligada a varios temas, pero sin lugar a dudas la economía fue un factor decisivo. Cuando comencé a sacar cuentas de trabajos que podía hacer si no tuviera una jornada laboral de 9 horas por un salario nada bueno, en comparación con lo que podría ganar, además de poder trabajar desde la tranquilidad de mi hogar, pues la decisión se arraigó más y me dio el valor de poder dar el salto.
A partir de ese momento he tenido que lidiar con aspectos de la vida del freelancer como son los libros de cuentas para el fisco y todo el papeleo que antes llevaban por mí.
A partir de ahí mi vida comenzó a cambiar, pues poco tiempo después comencé en Hive. Antes de eso, las criptomonedas se veían como algo lejano. Sabía de ellas, porque varios amigos estaban en el mundo del trading, pero no fue hasta Hive que no comprendí mejor todo esto inmerso universo y aun aprendo un poco más cada día.
I discovered Hive through a friend 
I created my account through 3Speak for free. In fact, I created two accounts, by mistake. I remember that since at that time we did not know anyone to delegate HP to us, because the Hivecuba community did not yet exist and RCs were not delegated, we could only write a post every 4 days or so.
Of course, much has happened since then. My perception of the blockchain world changed 180 degrees. I managed to reach my 2000 HP in a year and a bit. I have participated in conferences as a listener and as part of the speaker team, I have successfully onboarded other friends, I have done HPUDs and most recently my first LPUD.

The blockchain world, Web 3, Hive, Leo Finance are now part of my daily life. Something that just a few years ago I didn't even know about. Nowadays it is difficult for me to spend a day without entering Hive, and now I have added this new type of participation through microblogging.
The fact that I can write on Hive as much as I want and that it is not considered spam or an attempt to abuse the platform, I feel it gives me more freedom to meet people, to ask questions or generate ideas.

Creé mi cuenta mediante 3Speak de forma gratuita. De hecho, cree dos cuentas, por error. Recuerdo que como en ese momento no conocíamos a nadie para que nos delegara HP, pues la comunidad Hivecuba aún no existía y los RC no se delegaban, solo podíamos escribir un post cada 4 días aproximadamente.
Por supuesto, de aquello mucho ha sucedido ya. Mi percepción sobre el mundo blockchain cambió 180 grados. Logré alcanzar en el año y poco que llevo, mis 2000 HP. He participado en conferencias como oyente y como parte del equipo de oradores, he realizado onboardings a otros amigos de forma satisfactoria, he realizado HPUD y más recientemente mi primer LPUD.
El mundo blockchain, la web 3, Hive, Leo Finance ahora suponen parte de mi día a día. Algo que hace apenas unos años ni siquiera conocía. Hoy por hoy me es difícil pasar un día sin entrar a Hive, a eso ahora se le ha sumado este nuevo tipo de participación mediante el microblogging.
El hecho de poder escribir en Hive tanto como quiera y que no sea considerado spam o un intento de abusar de la plataforma, siento que me da más libertad para conocer personas, para formular preguntas o generar ideas.

So I thought it would be very difficult for me to write a post here. I saw myself more as a spectator and not an active participant.

I also intend to go deeper into the part of creating my own posts on the subject, from a personal experience since I am not a connoisseur.
La actual campaña ha sido muy buena para acercarnos a un grupo de personas que , como yo debo decir que le teníamos un poco de llamémosle: respeto a esta comunidad, pues he leído entradas tremendamente profesionales de entendidos en las criptos, en cómo funciona todo el tema del mercado y más. Así que pensaba que seria muy difícil que yo escribiera un post acá. me veía más como una espectadora y no una participante activa.
De ahí mi interés en la comunidad Leo Finance, creo que me queda un extenso camino por recorrer en cuanto a aprendizaje y es en esta comunidad donde mucha de esas dudas que surgieran pudieran ser aclaradas. Igualmente pretendo adentrarme más en la parte de crear mis propios post sobre el tema, desde una experiencia personal puesto que no soy una conocedora.

I see myself in the future dedicated to the platform almost 100%. Perhaps with a job within it, or as a content creator and Hive builder. I am sure I will learn a lot about the financial topics within Leo Finance and I will improve my ranking within the herd, medinate many future LPUDs. In the campaign, I hope to be in the top 50, because although some personal issues kept me away for a few weeks, I have put all my efforts to keep rising in the leaderboard.
Me veo en el futuro dedicada a la plataforma casi al 100%. Quizás con un empleo dentro de la misma, o como creadora de contenido y constructora de Hive. Estoy segura que aprenderé mucho sobre los temas financieros dentro de Leo Finance y Mejoraré mi ranking dentro de la manada, mediante muchos futuros LPUD. En la campaña, espero poder estar entre los 50 primeros, pues aunque diversas causas de índole personal me mantuvieron alejada durante unas semanas, le he puesto todo mi empeño a poder seguir subiendo en la tabla de posiciones.
