Hello, dear friends! Today's feature is another restaurant that we recently tried, the Misto Restaurant, located inside Seda Hotel in Cebu I.T Park.
Upon entering the buffet set up, the first food i picked was their cheesy pizza. I also had some of their appetizers like vegetable salad and a variety of sushi.
Most of their main dishes are "made to order" and are still uncooked. So we had to wait for a few minutes before it was served.
We ordered some salmon and crabs just because many people ordered it too. It's by far the fanciest crab plating I've ever seen. Unfortunately, Im not a fan of seafoods so i wasn't able to enjoy it that much.
Their 'fresh' sashimi was too fresh that even the chef noted that some parts of it are still frozen. I'm not complaining though, as it was truly delicious paired with wasabi sauce.
The dessert bar is where i enjoyed the most. They have several kinds of cakes, mousse, fruits, and halo halo with ice cream.
For their drinks, they had the typical lemonade juice and sodas. I opted for water and skipped this section.
Verdict:
For a buffet set up, I find their food selection very minimal. Not to mention, some dishes weren't refilled instantly. I think there are other buffets that caters greater and tastier food selections for the same price. Although, the place is really fancy and convenient for meet ups. My favorite amongst all the dishes is their pizza because it reminds me of a local pizzeria that we often go to when I was a kid. So i had a lot of pizza on my plate that time.
Overall, my rate for this restaurant is 2/5.
