How are you all? I hope everyone is doing well. Currently, there is a noticeable rise in the spread of falsehoods, rumors, and propaganda in our country. Regrettably, these narratives are being propagated with malicious intent.
Capitalizing on the current climate, such tactics are employed subtly to disparage opponents. Most of these issues are framed in a political context; regardless of whether the root cause is personal or familial, the matter is projected politically.
Due to the nature of our country's political landscape, ordinary people dislike and sometimes even loathepolitics. Consequently, when falsehoods or rumors involving politics circulate, they resonate deeply with the public, who often accept them without question.
Such brazen dishonesty leaves us unable to discern the truth. Inadvertently, we drift far away from reality. Unless an issue is critical, we often lack the inclination to seek the actual truth. As a result, we tend to accept a blend of partial truths, falsehoods, and rumors as fact before shifting our focus to the next issue.
This will have long-term consequences for us, particularly for our youth and impressionable adolescents. They will become alienated from the actual truth. Consequently, we will be left living with a distorted history; we will lose our sense of identity and be left with no authentic truth or history to call our own.
We must guard ourselves against these falsehoods, rumors, and propaganda. We must uncover the actual truth and propagate it.
