play some cards with friends and eat home made pizza :)
ingredients for PIZZA Dough
1 kg Flower
6 dl Warm milk
2,5 dl Oil
8 dkg Yeast
2 dkg Salt
2 dkg sugar
Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
dough put in bawl on the warm place until dough has doubled in bulk.
On dough put what ever you want, in my case :
- tomato sauce
- ham
- sausage
- spicy sausage
- cheese
- corn
- mild pepper
- olives
- fresh paprika
- onion
prepared pizza bake in a oven heated to 220 ° C until it gets a nice color (15-20min) ...
