To move forward in life and achieve success, using our time wisely and making good decisions are very important.
When a person has to manage everything alone, there are many things they want to do but cannot manage because of a lack of time. I was facing the same situation. Because I had very little time, my shop often remained closed.
I had to take care of household responsibilities, complete different tasks outside, and manage many other things. Because of this, some tasks would remain unfinished, and I often felt a lot of pressure.
For example, I sometimes had to visit the bank during the day, drop off or pick up my children, or go somewhere because of relatives or other important matters. Whenever I had to leave, I had no choice but to close my shop.
Because of this, my respected customers also had to face difficulties. Many times, they became upset because the shop was closed, and honestly, their complaint was understandable.
For the past several days, I had been looking for a permanent solution to this problem. I wanted to keep my shop open regularly and provide better service to my customers, so that they would not be disappointed and would continue their relationship with us.
Because a business depends on its customers, and customers stay with a business when they receive good service.
A few days ago, I discussed this matter in detail with my new friend, close friend, and sincere companion, nabbas0786@. He gave me some very good advice and guided me in this matter. He also helped me by introducing and hiring a trustworthy young man he knew to work at my shop.
Alhamdulillah, yesterday was the first day of this new colleague working with me.
Most of the work at my shop involves handling cash. To be honest, I had never felt comfortable hiring someone or keeping another person with me at the shop, especially because of the nature of the work.
But in this matter, Abbas Bhai helped me a lot. He gave me good advice and introduced me to someone he knew and trusted.
I believe that every big beginning starts with small decisions. These small changes and steps can gradually put a person on the path toward progress.
My purpose is not simply to keep a young man at the shop. I want to teach him the work properly so that he can become skilled, understand the business, and eventually become capable of taking on more responsibilities.
Hopefully, together we can grow this work even further.
May Allah Almighty put blessings in this decision of ours. I sincerely hope and believe that this positive step will not only improve the opening hours of my shop but will also make our customers happy by providing them with timely service.

جو کہ بہت سی دفعہ کچھ کام رہ بھی جاتے اور مجھ پہ بہت زیادہ بوجھ بھی رہتا ـ
جیسے کہ دن میں بینک وغیرہ جانا یا پھر بچوں کو چھوڑنے جانا لے کے انا یا کہیں اور جانے لگ گئے رشتہ دار وغیرہ کے تو دکان کا بند کر دینا ـ
جس کی وجہ سے میرے معزز کسٹمر بھی پریشانی کا سامنا کرتے ـ اور بہت سے دفعہ وہ ناراض بھی ہوتے صرف اسی وجہ سے اور ان کا شکوہ بجا ہوتا کیونکہ شاپ بند ہوتی تھی-
کافی دنوں سے اس مسئلے کا کوئی مستقل حل تلاش کر رہا تھا، کہ کسی طرح دکان کو ریگولر اوپن رکھا جائے، اور کسٹمرز کو بہتر سے بہتر سروس دی جائے ـ تاکہ کسٹمرز ناراض بھی نہ ہوں اور ہمارے ساتھ مستقل چلتے بھی رہیں ـ
کیونکہ دکان داری صرف کسٹمرز کے ساتھ ہے، اور کسٹمر اچھی سروس کے ساتھ ہیں ـ
اس سلسلے میں میں نے کچھ دن پہلے اپنے نئے دوست اور قریبی دوست اور مخلص ساتھی (nabbas0786@) سے تفصیلی مشورہ کیاـ
انہوں نے اس معاملے میں مجھے اچھا مشورہ دیا اور میری رہنمائی کی اور اپنے ایک جاننے والے لڑکے کو میرے پاس کام کے لیے ہائر کر کے دیا ـ
الحمدللہ، کل اس نئے ساتھی کا پہلا دن تھا میرے ساتھ-
میرا ویسے بھی شاپ پہ زیادہ تر کیش کا کام ہوتا ہے ـ
جو کہ میرا دل کبھی نہیں مانا کہ شو پہ کسی لڑکے کو ہائر کروں یا کسی کو اپنے ساتھ رکھوں ـ
لیکن اس معاملے میں میری مدد عباس بھائی نے،بہت کی اور مجھے اچھے مشورے دیے ـ اور مجھے اپنے جاننے والے اور ایماندار بندے سے ملوایا ـــ
لیکن شروعات ہمیشہ چھوٹے فیصلوں سے ہی ہوتی ہے ـ
لیکن یہی چھوٹی چھوٹی تبدیلیاں اور اقدامات انسان کو ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن کرتی ہیں ـ
میرا مقصد صرف کسی لڑکے کو شاپ پر رکھنا نہیں بلکہ اس لڑکے کو اچھے طریقے سے کام سکھانا ہے تاکہ وہ ہنر مند بنے ـ
کاروبار کو سمجھے اور ہم مل کر اس کام کو مزید بڑھائیں جب اور خود ذمہ داریاں سنبھالنے کے قابل ہو جائے ـــ
اللہ تعالی ہمارے اس فیصلے میں برکت فرمائے ــ مجھے پوری امید ہے اور یقین ہے کہ اس مثبت قدم سے نہ صرف میری دکان کے اوقات میں بہتری ائے گی بلکہ ہمارے کسٹمرز بھی بروقت سروس ملنے پر خوش ہوں گے ـ
اللہ تعالی سے دلی دعا ہے کہ وہ ہمارے اس فیصلے میں اس نئے سفر میں اور ہماری روزی میں ڈھیر ساری برکتیں عطا فرمائے، آمین!
