Yesterday and today have been truly wonderful and memorable for me. I thought I would share some beautiful moments from my life with all of you. ❤️
A Blessed and Peaceful Friday 🕌🤲
Alhamdulillah, yesterday was Friday, and it was a very blessed and peaceful day.
I started my morning by reciting Surah Al-Kahf. After that, I got ready for Jummah prayer and offered my Friday prayer. Later, I visited the graveyard, where I recited the Holy Quran, sent Durood Sharif, and prayed for the reward to reach our departed loved ones.
After that, I went to drop the children off. When it was time for Asr, I offered my prayer and spent some time reciting Durood Sharif. Even after Maghrib, I continued spending time in remembrance of Allah.
These moments of worship bring peace to the heart and remind us of the true blessings of life. Alhamdulillah, for everything. ❤️
Enjoying Cricket with Friends 🏏📺
In the evening, two exciting cricket matches were taking place. One was between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, while the other was between India and the West Indies.
Our cricket team's captain had also come to visit me at my shop. The young man who works with me was there too, so the three of us sat together and enjoyed the matches.
Watching cricket becomes even more enjoyable when you have good company, friendly discussions, and plenty of excitement. We kept following both matches and enjoyed every important moment.
Pakistan vs Sri Lanka: A Thrilling Victory 🇵🇰🏏
Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first. Pakistan got off to a promising start when Naseem Shah dismissed Kusal Mendis in the very first over. Sri Lanka lost another wicket in the third ball of the fourth over.

The second match between India and the West Indies was equally exciting.
The West Indies won the toss and chose to bowl first. India got off to a good start through Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma. Unfortunately, Abhishek was dismissed for 20 runs on the last ball of the fourth over.
After that, Sanju Samson and Ishan Kishan took charge and played some aggressive cricket. Ishan Kishan scored 43 runs before being dismissed in the 12th over. Shivam Dube followed soon after, scoring seven runs before losing his wicket in the 14th over.
Sanju Samson continued his outstanding performance and scored a brilliant 82 runs before getting out in the 15th over.
Later, Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma played important innings and helped India reach a massive total of 250 runs.
A target of 251 runs was always going to be a challenging one for the West Indies, but the match was far from over!
The West Indies began their chase with a difficult start. Nicholas Pooran was dismissed for four runs on the third ball of the first over, and Shimron Hetmyer was out for a duck on the very next delivery.
In the sixth over, Rovman Powell was dismissed for 24 runs. India seemed to have gained the upper hand with these early wickets.
However, West Indies captain and wicketkeeper Shai Hope joined forces with Sherfane Rutherford, and the game completely changed!
Both batters launched a powerful counterattack, hitting boundaries and putting the Indian bowlers under tremendous pressure. Even though India still had opportunities to win, Rutherford's dismissal for 84 runs in the 15th over brought some hope back to the Indian side.
At that stage, the West Indies needed 72 runs from 35 balls.
But the remaining batters had other plans! Romario Shepherd and his teammates continued the assault, and the West Indies chased down the target of 251 runs in the 19th over, with 10 balls to spare.

Both matches gave us plenty of excitement, surprises, and unforgettable moments. Pakistan's victory against Sri Lanka made us happy, while the West Indies' incredible chase against India showed once again why cricket is such an unpredictable and beautiful game.
Along with enjoying these matches, I also spent a peaceful Friday filled with prayers, Quran recitation, and remembrance of Allah.
For me, these are the beautiful colours of life: faith, friendship, work, and cricket.
