Today I bring you a delicious recipe for your breakfast, a chilli mushroom.
For preparing this I used following ingredients:
โข mushrooms
โข all purpose flour
โข salt
โข red chilli powder
โข vegetable oil
โข ginger
โข garlic
โข green chillies
โข onion
โข capcicum
โข soya sauce
โข vinegar
โข pepper powder
To begin, i took some mushrooms and washed it with lukewarm water so that all the dust particles can be rinsed out. Then again I washed it with normal water and cut them. Then i added 1/4 of all purpose flour. U can also add 1/4 cup of corn flour, I didn't add as I was not having. Then i added 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp of chilli powder and then mix it well. I Sprinkled water little by little so that the mushrooms could be coated properly and mixed it well.
After mixing the mushrooms, i took a pan and put oil in it and heated it well. Then i started putting mushrooms in it, it should not be crowded. For the first 1 minute I didn't disturbed them and fried them until they turned crispy. Now as they were fried i took it out into a bowl.
After that, i took a pan and heated some oil then added 2 tbs of finely chopped ginger and garlic, saute them for a while. Then i added 4 green chillies and saute it for 1 minute, then i added 1 large diced onion and 1 large diced capcicum. Saute them for 30-40 seconds on medium heat.
After that add chilli sauce and tomato ketchup according to your taste, but I haven't added. Then i added 1 tbs of soya sauce and 2 tbs of vinegar, saute it for few seconds and then add fried mushrooms, stir it nicely and at the last finally I added 3/4 tsp of pepper powder and saute it for 30 seconds.
