As you all know, I’m the number one fan of Venezuelan coffee; its flavor, aroma, and unique character give this bean the qualities needed to win me over from the very first sip. But that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy and appreciate foreign flavors; that’s why I have to make a mandatory stop to explore the magic of Colombian coffee, since they’ve developed a truly powerful coffee industry, where instant products hold a strong position in the global market.

I’m more of a Colcafé person, but this time I made myself an iconic Nescafé, which, from my perspective, has a much stronger character—making it perfect for those moments when boredom and fatigue seem to dominate the day. It’s a drink that allows us to recharge our energy, reconnect with ourselves, and—without even realizing it—gives us the boost we need to successfully wrap up our daily routines.
Today might not be one of the liveliest days, since outside the house the sun is shining with stifling intensity, the heat index is around 43 degrees, and the air conditioners are running at full speed, trying to keep the interior cool and cozy—but even so, my body seems to want to go to sleep. That’s why, this time, my cup of coffee came extra strong, with little else to accompany it besides the last bite of milk bread.
Coffee is that perfect ally that adapts to any situation; it’s the unconditional friend who stands by our side in every battle, helping us recharge our energy, lift our spirits, and keep working—so that each day becomes more productive and yields satisfying results.
