Rutina para Front Lever y Straddle Planche [ESP/ENG]
Front Lever and Straddle Planche Routine [ESP/ENG]
Greetings to all #hivers and fellow #swc members, I hope you are doing well. This time I will share with you a training methodology that I am currently implementing. It consists, as mentioned in the title of the post, in elements of Front Lever and Straddle Planche, is a routine of basic tension specifically for these two figures. This routine can be performed by those who already have a good body control, as some elements require strict form when performing them. With this in mind, let's get to the routine, I hope you like it.
This warm-up is mainly to accustom our body to the load that it will receive later, performing the figures mentioned above in the maximum progression that they have. In this way we can test our progress in that figure.
Here comes the good stuff, folks. Let's prioritize at all times to maintain a good posture in the elements. I apologize as I recorded the video after I had done the routine and in one or two elements I look a little fatigued. Well, having said that, let's get down to the hard work.
Without more to add, I hope you liked the post and the routine too. It remains to remember that before each training session it is essential to warm up for at least 20 minutes, since this way we will perform even better in each training session. See you in a next post.
