Saludos , en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes mi participación en el tema del mes de la comunidad Emotions & Feelings,se trata de la emociones a “sorpresa”
Greetings, this time I share with you my participation in the topic of the month of the Emotions & Feelings community, it is about the “surprise” emotions
Sometimes there are good surprises and other bad surprises, but sometimes surprises are just surprises, that is, we feel shocked by the occurrence of something that we had not considered possible or was unexpected, if we take it as something or good it will depending on the circumstances, in my case the biggest surprise I have had in my life was my pregnancy, although many think that a pregnancy is never surprising because it is the logical consequence of having unprotected sexual intercourse, in my case it was somewhat surprising due to my medical history.
Since I was 14 years old I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and also a retroverted uterus, I had the diagnosis from two different doctors with differences in time between one diagnosis and the other, both doctors agreed that the most likely thing in my case is that I she could not get pregnant and that if she did she could have miscarriages due to the position of the uterus. I was just a teenager and that diagnosis did not worry me, in my mind I always thought that if one day I wanted to have children I would adopt a child and name him Rafael.
After a while I suffered many adverse reactions to the treatment for the cysts, so I decided to stop taking the pills, these were birth control pills, I had no problem stopping them because I took it for the cysts not to prevent pregnancy, many years passed and I I still didn't worry about that matter, the only thing that worried me was when the period was too late, this was an indication that the cysts were present and the colic would be very strong.
When I was 25 years old, I was starting my second university career and I had a boyfriend, I did not insist on using protection because of my medical history and I thought that this reaction was going to be good, but the lies, psychological abuse and infidelity were present from the beginning. another part of the relationship, I was used to having menstrual delays but precisely in that delay I felt symptoms of nausea, I took the test and I was pregnant, against all medical prognosis my surprise baby came into my life and I faced it alone.
It was not a wanted pregnancy as such, that is, there was no planning, at that time in life I was not well off financially and I was starting my second career, it was a surprise, but in my mind I thought I was 25 years old, I already had a bachelor's degree ready and would be willing to take care of a baby alone, of course very hard things happened, very difficult experiences, but I do not regret anything, in retrospect and seeing the subsequent crisis in the country among other things, people might think that it was not the best time for a baby but I think it was the best time for me although at that time I did not see it so clearly, now I am 32 years old and my son is soon to be 7 years old, I managed to graduate from the second career, but in general I can say that if I had not had my son at that time, I probably would never have found another moment, at my age I do not see myself having another child, you should never deny the odds but I think he came at the right time, because who knows if now my ovaries are capable if I wanted to.
Learning is obtained from everything, of course some come with sad moments, but also with moments of great happiness, my son is the greatest surprise and also the best, he loves me without a moment's hesitation, he has a great connection with me , he is a sensitive and happy child, if there is any recommendation that I could give to others about my experience, it is that they do not trust 100% of medical diagnoses, do not trust that by giving 100% love they will receive the same from a partner, all the percentage should be given to self-love, don't deny the past, regrets don't help, you have to take the good from all the surprises that life gives us, I came out the winner because I got a great prize that I didn't even know I needed, my boy Raphael is wonderful.
I hope you liked it. I invite you to read my next publications and I will always be willing to answer your questions and comments, you can also follow me and contact me on any of my social networks. Thank you!
