Saludos querida comunidad, hace unos dias les compartí un llavero amigurumi que hice con la letra R para mi hijo, a el le encantó, entonces decidí hacer uno con la letras L para mi sobrino Lucas quien acaba de comenzar a estudiar en la secundaria, ha dado un paso muy importante en su vida escolar y por eso quería darle un regalo que pudiera cargar en colgado en su morral ☺️

Greetings, dear community! A few days ago, I shared an amigurumi keychain I made for my son featuring the letter “R.” He loved it, so I decided to make one with the letter “L” for my nephew Lucas, who has just started secondary school. He has taken a very important step in his school life, and I wanted to give him a gift he could hang on his backpack ☺️.

Hacer esta letra fue mas sencillo que la anterior, sin embargo, siempre es bueno fijarse en las proporciones correctas para obtener un buen resultado, como materiales use hebra doble de lana acrílica delgada y ganchillo N° 0, comencé con 12 cadenas de base, tomando la hebra trasera hice la primera hilera de puntos bajos, luego repetí 12 puntos bajos por tres hileras mas, a partir de la quinta hilera solo trabajé con 4 puntos bajos por 16 hileras.

Making this letter was simpler than the previous one; however, it is always important to pay attention to the correct proportions to achieve a good result. For materials, I used a double strand of fine acrylic yarn and a No. 0 crochet hook. I started with a foundation chain of 12 stitches and worked the first row of single crochets into the back loop; then, I repeated the 12 single crochets for three more rows. From the fifth row onwards, I worked only 4 single crochets for 16 rows.

Para poder hacer las letras con relleno es necesario hacer la cara posterior de la letra del mismo modo pero en sentido inverso, luego se unen las partes con una hileras de puntos deslizados por el borde, haciendo un aumento doble en las puntadas de las esquinas, se debe rellenar antes de cerrar completamente, al finalizar sin cortar la hebra hice el asa con 25 cadenas y cerré con punto deslizado escondiendo la hebra por dentro.

To create stuffed letters, you need to make the back of the letter in the same way but in reverse; then, join the pieces with a row of slip stitches along the edge, working a double increase at the corners. Stuff the letter before closing it completely. Once finished—and without cutting the yarn—I made the handle using 25 chain stitches and fastened it off with a slip stitch, hiding the yarn end inside.
