Saludos a todos los amantes de las mascotas, hoy hay sido un día bastante difícil, mi gatita Linda tenia unos 4 días con inapetencia, esto me tenia preocupada pero pensaba que se debía a que a veces ella va al patio y podría haber comido una lagartija o algo así, sin embargo no notaba más nada extraño en su comportamiento hasta el día de ayer, cuando presentó vomito y diarrea, le escribí a la veterinaria y hoy acudimos a la cita en la mañana.
Greetings to all pet lovers, today has been a very difficult day, my kitten Linda had lost appetite for about 4 days, this had me worried but I thought it was because sometimes she goes to the yard and she could have eaten a lizard or something like that, however I didn't notice anything strange in his behavior until yesterday, when he started vomiting and diarrhea, I wrote to the vet and today we went to the appointment in the morning.
Ambas doctoras atendieron a mi gatita, primero le tomaron la temperatura y me mostraron que Linda tenía fiebre en 39° 😱, luego con un estetoscopio revisó el sonido de los pulmones y el corazón y dijo que estaban bien estos órganos, pero al hacer tacto abdominal dijo que lo tenía un poco duro, luego de esto le tomaron una muestra de sangre. Esta fue la parte más dura, a Linda la sujetamos entre la doctora, mi hijo y yo mientras la otra doctora tomaba la muestra de sangre de la patita, fue un proceso muy doloroso para Linda, pero el dolor no acabó allí pues luego le inyectaron un protector gástrico de manera subcutánea y luego un antibiótico en el músculo de la pierna, ella hizo la orden para el examen de laboratorio el cual es una hematología y lo lleve pero aun no me informan del resultado.
Both doctors treated my kitten, first they took her temperature and showed me that Linda had a fever of 39° 😱, then with a stethoscope she checked the sound of the lungs and heart and said that these organs were fine, but when doing an abdominal examination He said it was a little hard, after which they took a blood sample. This was the hardest part, we held Linda between the doctor, my son and I while the other doctor took the blood sample from the paw, it was a very painful process for Linda, but the pain did not end there because then they injected her a gastric protector subcutaneously and then an antibiotic in the leg muscle, she made the order for the laboratory test which is a hematology and I took it but they still haven't informed me of the result.
Ella dijo que esperaba el resultado para determinar si era un proceso infeccioso o si era algo gastrointestinal, le recetó ranitidina y también tabletas para el dolor, es decir que debo inyectar a Linda en casa, ella me dijo que llevara a mi gatita de nuevo a la clínica el lunes para volver a inyectar antibiótico, sin embargo, cuando regresé a casa además que Linda caminaba mal por el dolor de la pierna debido a la inyección, ella vomitó todo lo que había comido en la mañana, así que me comuniqué con la doctora y ella me ordenó comprar una ampolla llamada metroclopamida e inyectarla cada 8 horas, volví a la farmacia y cuando llegué la pude inyectar.

Hasta ese momento Linda no había querido comer nada, la doctora dijo que solo le diera pollo pero Linda se negaba a comer, sin embargo, esta tarde luego de la inyección de metroclopamida ella durmió mucho y cuando despertó finalmente comió un poco de pollo para mi alivio 🥲

El tratamiento es por 3 días y debo tener corazón de hierro para inyectarla cada vez, espero que mi gatita se recupere y vuelva a ser la misma, estoy muy angustiada en este momento pero debo ser fuerte, no puedo dejarme caer porque ella me necesita.
