Połonina Wetlińska is a mountain range and alpine meadow in the Polish part of the Western Bieszczady Mountains. It is one of the most frequently visited places in the Bieszczady Mountains. This comes as no surprise—it’s a beautiful place, and anyone who has been there once often returns. A few days ago, the time finally came for my wife and me to visit there as well. On Thursday, around midnight, we arrived at our beautiful guesthouse near Cisna. We saw a bear along the way, but unfortunately, we couldn't get a picture of it.

Nie ma w tym nic dziwnego, piękne miejsce i kto raz tam był, często wraca. Kilka dni temu przyszedł w końcu czas, żebyśmy i my z żoną tam zawitali. W czwartek, około północy zjawiliśmy sie w naszym pięknym pensjonacie w okolicach Cisnej. Spotkany po drodze niedźwiedź, niestety nie dał się sfotografować
After a day of acclimatization, we set off for the Bieszczady National Park, to the starting point at the Wyżna Pass (872 m above sea level); from there, we followed the yellow trail to the “Chatka Puchatka” mountain hut, and then the red trail to the Srebrzysta Pass and Osadzki Wierch.

Po jednodniowej aklimatyzacji wyruszyliśmy do Bieszczadzkiego Parku Narodowego, do punktu startowego na Przełęczy Wyżnej (872 m n.p.m.), stamtąd żółtym szlakiem do schroniska "Chatka Puchatka" a potem czerwonym do Przełęczy Srebrzystej i na Osadzki Wierch.
And that's basically the end of (our) adventure. Our age, lack of proper physical conditioning, and the fact that we'd left our car in the parking lot meant we ran out of time to continue the hike.

We’ll definitely go back there—maybe in a month, when the leaves on the trees are colorful? The route will definitely be longer.

Na pewno tam wrócimy, może za miesiąc gdy liście na drzewach będą kolorowe? na pewno trasa będzie dłuższa.
Zdjęcia robiłem moim Nikonem D850 i telefonem Pixel 9, w tej części tylko zdjęcia z aparatu. Przyznam się tylko że są to jotpegi prosto z aparatu, bez żadnej obróbki.
