MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the butter for 1 minutes at 500W.
Add maida, mix it and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
Add milk, mix it well and microwave 500W for 5 minutes. Stir in between.
White sauce is ready.
Place all the vegetables in a another microwave safe bowl. Add salt to taste and 2 cup of water and cook at 500W for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add boiled vegetables, salt and black pepper powder to the prepared white sauce and microwave for 2 minutes. At 500W.
Top with the grated cheese and grill for 8 to 10 minutes. Till golden brown.
Serve hot.
