Lo primero que haremos para preparar esta sopa es lavar bien los vegetales que vamos a usar picamos finamente la cebolla, el ajo porro y el ajo pelamos y cortamos en cubos pequeños la zanahoria y papas al igual que el calabacín reservamos.
