Hi, guys!
It seems that either the antidepressants started working, or I was in such a strong shock after the publisher's rejection that I finally started to feel better. Today I woke up at five in the morning and I think that maybe after I walk the dogs I will even have the strength to work a little. Of course, it is not a fact that everything will work out like this right from the first time, but anything is possible. I also realized that it probably makes sense to start making a writer's account out of my TikTok right now and start promoting my book in this way, because this will only be a plus when it is subsequently presented to the publisher, and I don't know what else I can play on.
It is clear that in the remaining four months I need to work on the text and strengthen it, and this is exactly what I am going to do. The next curatorial consultation is coming soon, and I am not nervous about it, but I am nervous about the fact that the book needs to be corrected and pulled to a new level, because it is becoming obvious that at the level it is, it may not pass. And I need to make sure that I have cooperation with the publisher and nothing else. Yesterday, my therapist offered me other options, but it all sounds terrible. I don’t even want to think about it anymore.
Now I want to test a new daily routine in which I get up very early, work, but then go to bed again during the day and sleep for a few more hours, and train in the evening. Because I don’t sleep well in the morning, and then I don’t have enough energy to survive until the end of the day. So I want to try sleeping twice, maybe I will be more productive this way.
That’s how things are at the moment. This weekend I also want to try to get to the book festival, but that’s a separate option that may or may not happen, I’m not sure about that yet. Let's go if we're in the mood.
Have a great day everyone!
