Hi, guys!

Today, I’m dedicating the day to getting my life back into a normal rhythm. For the past three months, I’ve done nothing but frantically try to churn out as much text as possible for my book; now I need to organize everything and bring it all together—but there’s something else that’s crucial. I need to essentially reset my life to factory settings, because so much fell apart while I was furiously writing. So now, I have to piece it all back together.

I need to overhaul everything and get things running smoothly again—start exercising, and so on. I’m not good at doing things gradually, so I’m going to take a bold, drastic approach. This week, I’m restoring my daily routine: getting back to a proper sleep schedule and hitting the gym. Ideally, I’d also pick up my flute again and do a bit of drawing, but I’ll have to see what I actually have the energy for. We’ll see how it all plays out in real life.

I’m very serious about this, though, so I think it’ll work out. I’m spending today getting everything in order, and then I’ll see where things go from there. I don’t know the exact sequence of steps yet. As for the gym, I’ll start gently and then ramp up to a more intense routine later.

So, wish me luck—I hope I can pull it off!
