Clumsiness
As in,
I was looking down at the fitness app on my phone as I walked. Turns out, though my arms are weak, with my shins, I can really bench.
Bada bing, you been punned. See, it’s funny because benching is lifting weights while you lie on a bench, but here the implication is that I’m doing it with my shins, when in reality the thing that happened is that I walked into a bench and now there’s a gnarly bump on my shin. Truth in comedy.
