To wash a dirty dish
Or feed the dogs
Or ...
Well ...
Folding laundry takes a little longer
But just to fold a shirt? Not that long
It doesn't take long to walk around the block
Maybe a little longer than it takes to scroll through pages and pages
And pages and pages
And pages
What was I going to do?
It doesn't take long to tell
Your wife you love her
In fact, you can do it right now
And wash a dirty dish
And fold a shirt
And then you can get back to scrolling through
Pages
And pages
But wouldn't it be nice to go for a longer walk
And hold her hand
And bring the dogs
And talk about what to have for dinner
And then go home and make it
But the world is on fire, so there's other things you need to do
But it's going to take a long time to put it out
