This recipe is made in a pressure cooker in layers, the first layer is made of coarsely chopped onion, then the second layer we add: meat, crushed garlic, pepper strips, spring onions and potatoes..... and finally we add the beef stock cube, cover and cook for exactly 40 minutes.
