Frying didn't even take more than 5 minutes on our trusty lil double-sided pan.

Lasagna-filled bread which I had days ago.

I went to bed early last night with my gut telling me to sell something that I had been holding for quite a long while on my Binance account. It said I will buy it back in the morning. The other side of my mind was saying otherwise. It said ignore it and you may have guessed that I listened to it and dozed off without doing anything.

Waking up this morning, the coin's price was slashed down by almost a hundred bucks. I was shaking my head on seeing it and heard the nasty little voice saying "I told you so" LOL! Perhaps you can relate with the feeling, haha!

It seems CZ has backed out of the deal to buy FTX. And people's sentiments are reflecting on the market. Everything went tumbling down including HIVE. It went as low as 28 cents on Binance.

The state of the crypto market got me cooking this morning. Being the lazy me when it comes to the kitchen, I went for the simplest of things for breakfast. I was thinking of doing the so-called Poor Man's Meal but I wasn't in the mood to peel potatoes so I made the easiest thing instead - sandwich!

Nothing fancy for me. All I did was slice some Korean luncheon meat or spam whatever others call it, fried them and then followed by an egg and bam! The FarmGirl's breakfast was ready in no time. The husband is away on a trip so yeah, no one's going to scold me, haha!

Meanwhile, there's so much chatter around. Most people expect BTC to test 14k, 12k and even below 10k. But whatever way the market goes, we will still be here on this beautiful blockchain, doing what we always do - creating, engaging, buying HIVE, staking some. Rinse and repeat they say and that's the habit we seem to have acquired already.

So how are you holding up so far? Let's brace ourselves for whatever comes!

Smile... laugh often... love more... be happy and grateful always!
