Magandang buhay!
We are glad the new month started great. So, Hello, August!
The sun finally peeked through the fluffy clouds, and the sky displayed some patches of gorgeous blue-ness. The light breeze was cool and refreshing. Just what we needed, a lovely break from the weeks of downpour.
We took advantage of it, wandering in the yard for some minutes, checking out our blooming plants (taking photos of them) before the drizzle started.
The lone surviving fruit is growing bigger, yay!
Some new fruits are decaying. They may have been attacked by insects, or maybe there's just too much rainwater. I'm not sure.
Anyway, yesterday's drive went well. Our visit to the doctor was like hanging out with a friend. A certain prescription for me had to be sourced elsewhere as it is not available locally. Thankfully, my sister got it covered, having a network of medical representatives in the region.
Our LilGuy's vet consultation was swift. He was given an antibiotic for an inflammation just below his anus. We were advised to observe and then return if it doesn't improve. They may need to perform further tests.
In the meantime, he had to wear a collar for the first time to stop him from licking his behind. It must be uncomfortable; he is unhappy. We never made him wear one, even when trimming his hair or cutting his nails.
And to avoid any further complications or infections, he won't be allowed to play outdoors. I did bring him outside for some sunshine just before midday. He got excited, whimpering and wiggling a lot, wanting to be on the ground.
It's mid-afternoon now, and while it drizzles every so often, it hasn't rained, so yay! Hopefully, the weather continues to improve, and we can bask in the sunshine in the coming days.
The crypto market charts are mostly red. People must be panicking, huh? I was not to forget today is HPUD, so I did my part. All liquid HIVE in my wallet was sent to work.
And as always, Hivebuzz confirmed the power up through the comment box of my previous post. It also reminded me I haven't done any successful PUM for a long while. I should do it this month, especially since I am looking to reach 30k HP by year-end. That's a good challenge, I guess.
Meanwhile, the hubby went out a little while ago to bring our donations to the bereaved family in the neighborhood. He might not be home until evening, so Yongi and I own the house to ourselves, yay!馃榿 I'm already thinking about what mischiefs we could do for fun, lol!
