Breezy morning in DD. Colder than usual, which is okay. It gives that cozy feel. In the last quarter of the year, the ber-chill is normal, at least here in the uplands. Puffer jackets, hoodies, thick PJs, socks, bonnets, and such are unpacked and ready for these crisp mornings.

I was so chuffed that it rained yesterday afternoon. Even the hubby, who was in the other town, was pleased and relieved. The water pumps are spared from going to work soon, which means savings on gas.

It was truly nice that such an intensely hot day ended up cool and relaxing. And many things around sparkle as nature quenched their week-long thirst. In turn, it made us hopeful that the severe dry spell will be kept at bay. More of such cool days, please🙏

Anyway, it's Wednesday and our midweek drill continues. Alas, I can now view my sats balance on the v4v app.

The developer had to turn the system off yesterday as a safety measure to protect funds from a suspected hacking attempt. Thankfully, the app is now back online and running smoothly, and yep, the funds are safe.

Anyway, week 41 has been okay for me. Added 6.475k sats, so 40.9k remains.

We still have 11 weeks before the year ends, and I think we are on track toward the target (needing to add a weekly average of 3.7k sats).

Meanwhile, a few challenges surfaced with one of our real-life (offline) goals, but we are pushing on. Giving up on it is not an option we gave ourselves when we started. It's for the long run, after all. And while it doesn't require real urgency, we decided to take the long and winding road tomorrow to see things through. Until then, we'll take a breather today. Happy hump day!
