Speaking a little about who the character is: Pikachu is an Electric-type Pokémon introduced in the first generation of the franchise. It is the most well-known Pokémon in history and the inseparable mascot of its trainer, Ash.

I really like this animation and it was very well received at the time; I recommend it 100%. Here I leave you a decoration of Pikachu's funny faces dedicated to Hive. I know it's not much, but it's my way of expressing myself through art.

In the initial phase, I start by painting the base of yellow, giving the design a fine tone. I use a wide brush for longer strokes and a nicer finish. Always in the same direction for a curious result.

En la fase inicial comienzo pintando la base de color amarillo dando un tono fino al diseño. Utilizó el pincel ancho para un trazo más largo y acabado más bonito. Siempre en la misma dirección para una terminación curiosa.

Then, with the pencil I draw each animated Pikachu face, well outlined, and that way it will be easier for me to paint each flower pot.

Luego, con el lápiz dibujo cada carita animada de Pikachu, bien enmarcados y así me resultará más fácil pintar cada maceta.

Once the pencil process is finished, we paint the flower pots corresponding to each face with the fine brush, using red, pink, black, and white acrylic paint, to highlight its details well.

Una vez finalizado el proceso con lápiz, pintamos con el pincel fino las macetas correspondientes a cada rostro, utilizando pintura acrílica roja, rosada, negra y blanca, para resaltar bien sus detalles.

Finally, we move on to the final touch-ups on their faces with the fine liner brush, using white, and black paint for a better finish on the eyes. Then we add a coat of matte acrylic varnish to give it more shine, letting it dry for a few minutes. This design is a bit more complex, since the parts to paint are smaller.

Ya por último, pasamos a los retoques finales en sus caras con el puntero, usando la pintura blanca y negra para un mejor acabado en los ojos. Después le añadimos una pasada de barniz acrílico mate para darle más brillo, dejándolo secar por unos minutos. Este diseño es un poco más complejo, pues son más pequeñas las partes a la hora de pintar.
