A beautiful Tuesday morning to us all, I pray that the day brings us good tidings and may we find happiness and peace in all that we do today.

In the multitude of my busy schedule as this periods seems to be the peak of our activities in the farm I atik have to create time to see some beautiful ball dresses for my nieces.

Just about 3months ago my sister brought forth this bundle of Joy and we are grateful for this cute life. The first birthday we often celebrate in the family is the 3months birthday, my mum made it a tradition to snap and save a picture of her babies whenever we clock 3months, my sister has also found pleasure doing thesame.

While I am preparing the dress for my 3months old, her older sister also wants a dress to snap with the baby, the entire family will be taking a memorable picture and here I picked up with sewing everyone's wears one after the other.

Irene who is 5years will have her dress sewn first and these are process I follow to achieve the dress. Since she has got this pretty lace dress that wasn't in shape, I decided to rework it into something beautiful and fitted.

Started with picking up a lace fabric which was use to sew her bodice

And then a satin for the lower part of her dress.

I took out the band sleeves

Got these elastics here to change the design of the sleeves.

Then I created a ball sleeves with the elastic and satin fabrics inserting the elastic into the two opposing ends of the satin

I stitched up the dress, tape the hemmings and then added the shiny golden accessories to the waistline.
This was accompanied by the zipper and the dress is ready. She was having a peaceful sleep all through yesterday that why I couldn't fit the dress on her.
