Hello again! Just done cooking chicken afritada for our lunch today. Manang Inday is with other members of the family, they will be going to watch a movie. so, I'll be the cook for today. yay! :) This chicken afritada, is not the typical afritada you will see because I just only put potatoes and raisins in it and tomato sauce of course. well, that's the only available in the kitchen hehe. I also fry the potato here and put some soy sauce and a teaspoon of sugar. :)
