Gliding across rooftops, I defeated a Rain Walker from afar before quietly stalking another group of demons. Using spectral vision and patience, I executed stealth takedowns on three Students of Pain and a dangerous Rain Slasher before freeing and absorbing the trapped spirits they were guarding.

I used my gliding ability to cross the gap between rooftops, closing the distance toward a distant shrine. Looking down from above, I spotted a group of demons guarding a cluster of lost spirits on top of a building.

A figure on a nearby ledge caught my eye, looking like a Student of Misery at first glance, though a closer look revealed it was just a standard Rain Walker.

I launched ranged attacks from a distance, wiped out the creature before it could make any good damage on me.

Observing the demons on the other roof remaining calm, KK remarked that I had turned into a regular ghost hunter, and I couldn't agree more.

Positioned directly above the target group, I slowed my pace to set up a quiet approach. One of the demons suddenly turned in my direction, forcing me to shift back into the shadows to avoid detection.

I activated spectral vision to track their patrol loops, waiting for the right opening to strike.

When the patrol split, I dropped down to engage. The first demon spotted me right as I landed, but I eliminated her instantly before she could raise an alarm.

Moving behind the second Student of Misery, I executed a clean stealth takedown without alerting the rest of the roof. I stayed especially quiet because a dangerous Rain Slasher was patrolling just a few paces away.

I crept up on the third Student of Pain, took her out quietly, and absorbed the first set of spirits.

Only the Rain Slasher remained, but her erratic movements and constant turns made her a serious threat.

She nearly spotted me twice as I tracked her movements across the roof. Staying low, I waited until she turned her back and started walking toward the edge.

When I understood it was perfect time, I closed the gap, executed a stealth purge to take her down silently, and absorbed the final group of spirits left behind.

We'll continue in another post.
