After timing vent cycles and gliding over high-voltage machinery, I rode a manufacturing arm across a wide gap in the Cauldron. I eliminated a Burrower, destroyed a Shell-Walker with a Shock Blaster, and overrode an uplink before leaping between moving arms to reach a high vantage point near the core.

I paused near the vent shafts, observing the pulsing energy as they powered on and off at regular intervals. I needed to time my movements precisely to scramble up the surface, but my initial jump failed, sending me tumbling back to the lower ledge.

Waiting for the cycle to reset, I launched forward on the next burst, timing every wall-climb perfectly to reach the far platform.

Below me, laid a massive trench surging with high-voltage electricity, capable of frying anything that may touch it. I deployed my glider, caught the warm draft to float safely across the humming power pit.

The interior felt like the inside of a living, breathing machine where a single misstep meant instant death. Looking across the next abyss, Aloy suggested hitching a ride on a giant manufacturing arm swinging back and forth through the assembly line.

I waited on a raised vantage point until the mechanical arm rotated into position, then leaped blindly into the gap. I landed on the metal surface without slipping, letting the arm transport me straight to the opposite corridor ledge.

Moving further into the facility, I spotted several machines patrolling the area. A lone Burrower stood with its back turned, giving me the perfect opening for a swift takedown.

Moments later, a Shell-Walker caught a glimpse of my movement and stepped off its route to investigate. I backed off into the shadows until the machine resumed its normal patrol pattern.

When I stepped back into the open, the Shell-Walker spotted me again, so I held my ground, drew my Shock Blaster, and opened fire. Despite the machine charging forward with surprising speed, the shock rounds tore through its armor and brought it down quickly.

Nearing the central Cauldron core, the path forward required navigating a series of moving transport arms hanging over the abyss. I located a nearby network uplink terminal and overrode the system, which raised a platform that granted access to the machinery overhead.

Swinging onto the first suspended arm, I surveyed the gap to the next moving beam. I took the leap, landing cleanly on the secondary arm, then jumped onto a set of wall vents.

Scrambling upward before the vents could retract, I hauled myself onto a high vantage point overlooking the core chamber.

The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.

SEE YOU.
