I navigated a twisted surreal world to protect KK from waves of soul-snatching demons using unlimited arrows. After reuniting, we returned to the real world, grappled onto rooftops via Tengu, intercepted more hostiles, received new coordinates from Rinko, and were ultimately overwhelmed by Shine Dancers near a Torii Gate.
Not just KK, I was also pulled inside this surreal world, where everything looked twisted. I had to look for KK around the distorted environment to figure a way out.
While I was trying to claim some arrows, I noticed KK was stuck there. He asked me to do something quickly to prevent the incoming threat.
I noticed some demons started moving toward him to take his soul away. So I started shooting them with the only thing I had in my grasp, which was arrows.
There was an unlimited arrow box around me, and even though there came waves after waves of demons to take KK away, I saved him after taking all the demons down.
When I understood there were no more demons to come for KK, I ran toward him and I claimed KK's soul for myself. We were attached once more, restoring our shared powers.
After getting to the real world, Akito mentioned we still needed to find the turbine oil. So I used a Tengu to grapple up on a roof of a tall building to get to the special corridor.
While I was floating toward the corridor, I suddenly noticed some demons were trying to take away some souls in a box. I jumped down there and I started attacking them to protect the spirits.
I was doing good as I was taking down the demons easily. But it looked like there were multiple boxes around and demons were everywhere, so I had to take care of all of them, which I did perfectly.
Then I continued my journey toward the gate. It looked like I closed the distance, but the gate was on a high ground, and KK told us we couldn't get to it from here, mentioning we should try checking the highway.
On my way toward the highway, I found this telephone booth. The phone was ringing, so I received it and found Rinko was on the other side to tell us her bike only took parts from exotic vehicles, as regular parts would not cut it.
She suggested us to head under the scramble crossing as there was a car show going on.
After buying some arrows from a store, I kept running, and it looked like I was so close to the Torii Gate that I just had to climb up some heights to cleanse it.
But on my way toward the high ground, I was ambushed by two Shine Dancers who started attacking me right after seeing me. I tried to avoid them at first to keep moving.
I stopped to fight them back because I knew there would not be a way out of this without taking them down. Unfortunately, the Shine Dancers actually overwhelmed me and took me down instead.
