But in my case, I use technology to save time and effort.

Three over three hundred and sixty-five days of food blogging.

I'd like to share with you my sikwate recipe. Sikwate is a chocolate drink made of tablea, a pure ground roasted cacao bean.

Ingredients:

1 tableya
1 teaspoon of Coconut Sugar
1 teaspoon of creamer (powder)
1 cup of Hot water

I mixed them all together in a blender until I found my preferred texture.
Its taste is gritty and earthy flavor and if you are a new drinker of Sikwate, you will find this amusing or weird but the more you drink it the more you will love it.

I used blender to make it easier for me but nothing beats the best taste from preparing it traditionally.

That's all and thank you!
