The finished product. This taste like adobo but in a very subtle way.

Prepare 1/4 ground beef and strain extra blood from it.

Good day, everyone! The second day of 365 days.

This day we will have our dinner, and this food is one of the common foods we have here in the Philippines, specifically in General Santos City.

Ingredients
1/4 kg of ground beef
1/4 of Squash
1 bundle of Spinach (Alugbati)
10 pcs of Lady Fingers (Okra)
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
2 tablespoon of Soy sauce

  1. Saute first the garlic, onions, and add the salt and pepper until aroma kicks in.
  2. Add the ground beef and saute until it turns brown, then add soy sauce.
  3. Add the squash and okra and wait until they are cooked.
  4. Last but not least, add the alugbati and do not overcook it.

Eat it with rice or just by itself. A very healthy dinner.
