Already in recent publications I showed you the natural landscapes that our beautiful Isla de Margarita presents to us. We were already getting ready to go home when the owner of the land told us and where are they going if there is no coffee:

Wood-fired coffee
Let me tell you that I have never had the luck to enjoy it made this way and even better, I don't know if you can notice that the Coffee has a coarse grind since they were grains which were ground by it.
First in a small pot he put to heat a little water once it is warm he proceeded to add two tablespoons of coffee and I wait until it had its time to boil. Then he looked for the straining sleeve and I noticed that there also added another spoonful.
He withdrew from the fire with care not to burn himself and was adding little by little in the sleeve and it fell into the Totuma which was used as the final place where it would remain after straining it. Only the teaspoon of sugar was missing and that's it. And you know that it was the most exciting thing of all that I enjoyed it directly from Totuma, you see my face of joy friends. I say goodbye for the moment wishing we have a successful weekend.

Café hecho a leña
