We are harvesting a lot of coconuts here in India and try to use them in different ways. Almost every day, we consume one fresh coconut or dried coconut. It's difficult for us to sell them because people think we live in a foreign country and don't need money.

Understanding this mentality, we keep many coconuts for our own use. We regularly incorporate coconut milk, raw coconut, coconut desserts, coconut oil, and dried coconut into our daily meals.

This pudding is one I make often but today I took some photos to share it.

The pudding we make is very simple and easy. It doesn鈥檛 require much time if you have ready-made coconut milk on hand. However, I usually prepare fresh coconut milk when I need it, which takes a little time. Otherwise, this dessert can be ready in just half an hour.
