Hello, food lovers and friends, greetings. Here we are in the late autumn season the heavy wind, rain, and cold make the body and mind very tired. No sun for a week. Need something warm to keep in shape and avoid suffering from vitamin deficiency. last days noticed vitamin B level is quite low.
Started some non-veg food. Last Wednesday made an Indian style dish with minced lamb called kofta kebab

It is so easy and quick, as well as can say budget recipe.

Ingredients:
400 grams of lamb minced meat
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1/2 green chili
3-4 garlic cloves
3 cm ginger,
2-3 spring onions
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder

![](

Grated carrot, finely chopped onion, spring onion, green chili, ginger, and garlic.

In the bowl add all chopped vegetables and give a good mix.

Add minced lamb meat to the vegetables.

All powdered spices go into the meat and vegetables.

All spices in the mixture

Mix all ingredients thoroughly I prefer to use my hand.

The mixture is ready to make into kofta kebab.

Approximately using one lemon size portion make balls from meat dough,

Make desired shapes even make rolls around grill pins. I did simple round shapes

From this quantity of ingredients, I made 12 pieces.

Using oil greased pan or skillet set them for cook.

It doesn't need so much oil, because lamb meat has some fat in it which release when they start cooking.

Flip them

cook thoroughly from both sides

here the kofta kebab is ready

Used some salad and tomatoes and onion lime slice for garnish

Can use it with rice or naan or chapati. we had them for lunch and the salad was enough together.
