Hello, friends, and community greetings. Since one big celebration in town, we have been vegan for almost 10 days. from yesterday we came back to our normal routine. and after a long time, I prepared some pancakes using eggs.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp beetroot juice
mix eggs, milk, flour oil, and grind oatmeal.
mix all ingredients thoroughly
Add baking powder. and divide the batter into two portions.
Grete 1/4 fresh beetroot
Squeeze and make 1 tbsp juice.
Mix juice into one portion of the batter.
We have two colored batters one is red and one is natural
Grease the warm pan using oil and spread the batter according to your choice.

Then make red colored pancakes.
After all pancakes are done we prepare them with strawberries, bananas, and homemade chocolate sauce.
At the bottom place one pancake and set some banana slices on.
