Attention everyone, I would like to interrupt you from whatever you're doing to tell you that it's my dog's first birthday today!
Looking back, he was really smol when I first got him at 4 months. I could still carry him back then although he was already quite heavy. He was also quite skinny, and would run around nonstop like an idiot. XD
He grew up so fast and probably heavier than me now!
1 year mark means he would have slower growth but Google says he will stop growing at 2 years old. He's getting more matured day by day, although still not quite like an adult cos he still runs around trying to chase my cats even though they hiss at him - just to tease them lol.
The cake was ordered from Yukiyuki Healthy Dog Treats which is just in the city. It's specifically made for dogs, so there are no sugar or preservatives added. I think the flavor is peanut butter, forgot to ask haha. But it smells like carrot or something dog food, not some sweet human cake. Not appetizing for me but for the dogs it is haha.
The candle already melted before I could take a proper pic of him lol. He was quite hesitant to come near the balloons so he would wanted to walk away quite a few times. I gave him the biscuit along with the cake tho so I got his attention after that lol.
I'm glad I trained him to wait for my command before eating. Before I would just let him eat immediately the moment I give him the food but there was this one time he jumped and snatched the pizza of my friend, so that was when I saw it's important to train him to wait to be given food and not jump cos they become spoiled really quick.
He's waiting patiently haha.
When I said "eat" he took a small bite off the biscuit. XD Probably didn't know the cake could be eaten too since this is also his first time eating cake.
Come on, have a big bite. Don't be shy.
He finally ate it all. He liked it. :D
