El método de entrenamiento es un TABATA, un método intermitente donde trabajamos 20" y descansamos 10". Realizando las cantidades que entren en esos 20", con una Pausa corta e incompleta para favorecer el trabajo Cardio y el sistema metabólico.
Consta de 4 ejercicios diferentes donde trabajamos TODO EL CUERPO, por eso se denomina FULLBODY, para dar a entender que cada músculo del cuerpo está trabajando, algunos en mayor medida y otros menos, pero los grandes grupos musculares se activan siempre. En este caso el Pecho, los Hombros, los Cuádriceps, Isquiotibiales, Gluteos y Aductores son los que más trabajan, pero hay otros ACCESORIOS como Triceps, Zona Media, Gemelos, Psoas, etc, que también trabajan en menor medida.
The training method is a TABATA, an intermittent method where we work 20" and rest 10". Performing the amounts that fit into those 20", with a short and incomplete Pause to promote Cardio work and the metabolic system.
It consists of 4 different exercises where we work THE WHOLE BODY, that is why it is called FULLBODY, to imply that each muscle in the body is working, some to a greater extent and others less, but the large muscle groups are always activated. In this case, the Chest, Shoulders, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Glutes and Adductors are the ones that work the most, but there are other ACCESSORIES such as Triceps, Middle Zone, Calves, Psoas, etc., which also work to a lesser extent.
Always at the end of our active training, we are going to stretch our muscles that we worked on. In this case we lengthen the Shoulders (Deltoids), Quadriceps and the Hamstrings. And we will always be accompanying this stretch with deep breaths to lower the heart rate and keep the body relaxed. ❤️
