It has been 2 weeks since I came to Israel for a visit, and until now I was really busy catching up with friends and family. Finally have some time to share my experience here.聽

I came just in time for the Jewish holiday called Hanukkah, which is celebrates the reclaimed of the holy temple in Jerusalem from the Seleucids. We celebrate this holiday by lighting menorah lighting and eating Jewish doughnut called Sufganiyah, which is the mainly reason why I love this holiday. The classic Sufganiyah is filled with strawberry jelly (which I don't like), but there are also new fillings like chocolate, peanut butter and even tropical fruits and cream.
