Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community Hoy me tocaba entrenar espalda y se me ocurrió la idea de mostrarles estos ejercicio avanzados que yo utilizo en mi rutina y me han sido de gran ayuda.

Recuerden tener precaución siempre que hagan cada uno de los ejercicio, son ejercicio que requieren una gran fuerza y activan de una gran manera las fibras pero también las sobrecargan asi que traten de si usan estos ejercicios hacerlo dos a tres veces por semana para dejar que el musculo descanse y este en optimas condiciones para no tener lesiones.	Remember to be cautious whenever you do each of the exercises, they are exercises that require great strength and activate the fibers in a great way but also overload them so try to do these exercises two to three times a week to let the muscle rest and be in optimal conditions to avoid injuries.
