Harvested this from my balcony today and maybe will add some of these spring onion to my steamed egg today. Tried buying spring onion but couldn't find it. Even if I do find them, I usually cannot finish then before they spoil. This little gardening project has been good. Not only it is therapeutic because it gives me a little sense of achievement in this lockdown period, but also I can cut what I need from the balcony whenever I need it and however much I need it.
Never have thought harvesting such a small thing can be a bliss! I pat myself
