Hello everyone! Welcome to another episode of the Inktober challenge. Today I drew an exhausted ghost because that's what I can relate to as I finished making more snacks today and one of my hands is aching bad due to lifting a heavy snack making tool for hours yesterday and today.

The prompt for Inktober Day 24 is 'Bake'

I felt quite tired today due to all the hours I spent making murukku for the upcoming Diwali festival. I fell asleep with the lights on again and woke up, and thought I might as well make a little drawing today and post it before sleeping for real again. I drew something relatable to me which is a exhausted ghost after she has baked cookies for two days.

The Process

I drew the basic outline of the ghost first in a typical ghost shape like Casper. I gave her an exhausted expression to fit the mood. She is working with a rolling pin to make some dough.

Then, I gave her some extra accessories like an apron. I remember one time while baking, the flour splashed all over due to a clumsy angle I held the mixer. So an apron is good to wear while baking. I also added a chef's hat called toque blanche to complete the look.

Finally, I drew the dough she is working on. It is a cookie dough. I also added a paper cone made of parchment paper also known as baking paper. It is called a cornet. It is used to squeeze out the cookie into the cookie tray before baking them in the oven.
I drew the tray as well with tiny cookie doughs squeezed in. I also gave her some final touch ups with little drops indicating that she is stressing out.

Someday I hope to bake a pie like it's in the Bitmoji above. Thank you for dropping by and I wish you a great day ahead!
