Hola Comunidad Hive; hoy me gustaria compartir con ustedes una receta tradicional de mi Venezuela, como son las catalinas blancas y negras o paledonias .
Esta receta en particular tiene un significado muy especial ya que me las enseño hacer la abuela de mi esposo, por esos les digo que las catalinas de la abuela Dina son ricas y esponjosas; y al momento de prepararlas sueltan ese rico aroma que inmediatamente te lleva a la infancia, en días donde amaneces recordando como era tu niñez y lo feliz que te ponias al comerlas. Si la pruebas una vez no dejaras de comerlas.
