There are days when you definitely want to get out of the routine for a while and treat yourself, and if that treat has to do with food, even better.
Here in my city there is a very good Italian bakery, they make the best bread in town and they also prepare the most delicious desserts, unfortunately, it is far away from me so I can't go there that often. However, on Tuesdays, they have a 2X1 dessert promotion, so no matter the distance (although it does matter the gas consumption XD), I still go there.
Hay días que definitivamente provoca salirse de la rutina un ratico y darse un gusto, y si ese gusto tiene que ver con comida aún mejor.
Aquí en mi ciudad hay una panadería italiana muy buena, ellos hacen el mejor pan de la ciudad y además preparan los más deliciosos postres, lamentablemente me queda de un extremo a otro por lo que no puedo ir con tanta frecuencia. Sin embargo, los días martes ellos tienen un promoción en postres 2X1, así que no importa la distancia (aunque si importa el consumo de gasolina XD), igual voy hasta allá.
When I arrived at the place the desserts were not ready yet, I decided to wait and while I was waiting I went around the store looking at the other products they sell, there I saw that they had pre-pizzas (ready-made pizza dough).
Considering that when I returned home it would be lunch time, I thought it was a good idea to make some pizzas, so I took the 3 unit pre-pizza package, I went through the deli section and saw that they had cuts of various types of cheese (mozarella, smoked, emmental, gouda) at a very good price, I ordered two trays, and finally, I bought some tomato puree.
Cuando llegué al lugar aún no estaban listos los postres, decidí esperar y mientras lo hacía recorrí todo el local viendo los otros productos que ellos venden, allí vi que tenían pre-pizzas (masa para pizza ya lista).
Considerando que al regresar a casa ya sería hora del almuerzo, me pareció buena idea hacer unas pizzas, así que tomé el paquete de pre-pizzas de 3 unidades, pasé por la sección de charcutería y vi que tenían recortes de varios tipos de queso (mozzarella, ahumado, emmental, gouda) a muy buen precio, pedí dos bandejas, y por último, compré puré de tomate.
As soon as the sweets were ready, I went to the cashier to pay for my purchase: 3 pre-pizzas, a tomato puree (680 grs), 2 cheese trays (350 grs), 8 mille-feuille and 2 profiteroles; of the desserts I was billed only half for the 2x1 promotion, so my bill came to a total of Bs. 37,727,446.80 the equivalent of $10.07, which would be approximately 10 HBD if we calculate it in our currency in HIVE.
En cuanto los dulces estuvieron listos, me dirigí a la caja para pagar mi compra: 3 pre-pizza, un puré de tomate (680 grs), 2 bandejas de quesos (350 grs), 8 milhojas y 2 profiteroles; de los postres me facturaron solo la mitad por la promoción 2x1, así que mi cuenta dio un total de Bs. 37.727.446,80 el equivalente a $10.07, lo que sería un aproximado de 10 HBD si lo calculamos en nuestra moneda en HIVE.
As I assumed, we returned home a little late and very hungry, fortunately we had everything to make pizza. Just heat up the oven, add some of the tomato puree to the pre-pizzas, add the cheese pieces (there were even some ham pieces), and that was it. In addition, I added onion, sweet pepper and oregano. I baked them for 15 minutes, and lunch was ready.
Tal y como supuse, regresamos a casa un poco tarde y con mucha hambre, afortunadamente teníamos todo para hacer pizza. Solo calentar el horno, agregar un poco del puré de tomate a las pre-pizzas, añadir los trozos de queso (incluso habían trocitos de jamón), y listo. Adicionalmente, les agregué cebolla, pimentón y orégano. Las horneé por 15 minutos, y listo el almuerzo.

And of course I couldn't miss the best part, the dessert, after all this was the main reason why I left home. I love mille-feuille, and in this place they prepare them with different combinations: chocolate, arequipe and powdered sugar, not to mention that their pastry cream is really exquisite. The profitelores, not to mention, simply delicious.
Y por supuesto no podía faltar la mejor parte, el postre, después de todo este fue el motivo central por el que salí de casa. Me encantan las milhojas, y en ese lugar las preparan con distintas combinaciones: chocolate, arequipe y azúcar glass, sin mencionar que su crema pastelera es realmente exquisita. De los profitelores, ni hablar, sencillamente deliciosos.
