1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
3.4 cups of milk
500 grams of flour
60 grams of butter

Process:🍩
Sift the flour and set aside. Water and milk are lukewarm. Dissolve a tablespoon of sugar in lukewarm water. Mix the dough on the sprinkled water. Put it on the lid.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, softened butter, salt, the rest of the sugar and milk. Add the yeast dough and mix. Add the flour to the ingredients in three steps. To knead the dough, then spread the dough well on the floured surface.
Then we put the dough in a bowl that we have greased a little, we cover the dish with cellophane, we rest for 2 centuries so that the volume of the dough doubles.
Form the dough and fry in hot oil.
