Hoy, quiero compartir con ustedes una super recomendación para los amantes de las empanadas, y si tal vez no eres tan fan pero de vez en cuando te provocan también podrás encontrar de utilidad esta publicación. Se trata de "Empanadas el Abanico", un local con dos ambientes, unas empanadas gigantes y combinaciones muy variadas, ubicado en el sector El Abanico en Maturín. | How are you my dear hivers? Este lugar queda cerca del sector donde vive mi mamá y tiene muchos años prestando sus servicios, pero por sorprendente que parezca esta es la primera vez que lo visito 😅 Siempre escuchaba sus anuncios en la radio, varias personas me lo habían recomendado, pero aún así prefería probar en otros lugares. De hecho, quería ir a desayunar a un local ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, pero mi esposo me convenció para no ir tan lejos, y más cuando es un sitio con buena reputación.
This place is near the area where my mom lives and has been providing its services for many years, but surprisingly enough this is the first time I visit it 😅 I always heard their ads on the radio, several people had recommended it to me, but I still preferred to try other places. In fact, I wanted to go for breakfast at a place located in the center of the city, but my husband convinced me not to go so far, and more when it is a place with a good reputation.
El primer punto positivo es que cuentan con 2 ambientes, un pequeño local al aire libre ubicado en toda la avenida principal y con varias mesas para los comensales, pero lo mejor es que habilitaron otro espacio cerrado y con aire acondicionado, perfecto para comer cómodamente sin la tortura del clima de aquí jeje... Además, el ambiente es muy chévere, las instalaciones impecables y una atención muy agradable(Algo no tan común últimamente).
The first positive point is that they have 2 environments, a small outdoor location located throughout the main avenue and with several tables for diners, but the best thing is that they enabled another closed and air-conditioned space, perfect for eating comfortably without the torture of the weather here hehe .... In addition, the atmosphere is very cool, the facilities are impeccable and the service is very pleasant (something not so common lately).

| Ahora hablemos de lo más importante de todo este asunto, las empanadas. La primera impresión es muy buena, ya que se ven tostaditas y con un tamaño considerable, pero lo mejor es el sabor 🤤 La masa es semi dulce y el relleno exquisito, en nuestro caso pedimos de carne mechada(porque no nos gusta arriesgarnos la primera vez XD) y no tengo ninguna queja, estaba en su punto de sal, con buena sazón y la cantidad que tenía ocupaba la empanada entera. | Now let's talk about the most important part of the whole thing, the empanadas. | Algo que para mí es muy importante es las salsas para acompañar la empanada, y puedo decirles que estas son 10/10. Nos ofrecieron 1 de tocineta, 1 de guasacaca y 1 picante, y que cosa más deliciosa, se nota la calidad en los ingredientes. Adicionalmente, también pedimos jugo de parchita y 1 café con leche, bebidas que apruebo contundentemente. De hecho, mi esposo me dijo: "Este es el mejor café con leche que me tomo en mucho tiempo" 😌 |
Something that is very important for me is the sauces to accompany the empanada, and I can tell you that these are 10/10. We were offered 1 bacon, 1 guasacaca and 1 spicy, and what a delicious thing, you can tell the quality of the ingredients. In addition, we also ordered parchita juice and 1 café con leche, drinks that I strongly approve of. In fact, my husband told me: "This is the best latte I've had in a long time" 😌 |

Ahora, ¿Cuánto gastamos? La verdad no sé con exactitud el precio de cada empanada, pero pedimos en total:

Y la cuenta nos salió en $10 🤑
Diría que no es tan económico, pero por la calidad lo vale totalmente, así que si tienen la oportunidad de darse en gusto, ¡Este es el lugar correcto!

I would say it's not that economical, but for the quality it's totally worth it, so if you have the opportunity to indulge yourself, this is the right place!
